HNP-Gen is an AI-powered prompt generation platform that helps users create optimized prompts for various AI tools including image generators, chatbots, code assistants, and content creation tools. The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers with varying usage limits.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for technical issues that prevent use of the Service. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Prompts you generate using the Service are yours to use, but we retain rights to the underlying technology and algorithms. You grant us a license to use anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED PROMPTS WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS IN THIRD-PARTY AI TOOLS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HNP-GEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
